This week on the Music & Mindset podcast I talk about how HABIT-STACKING as an effective way to build new habits (or patterns of learning). After speaking at a Director’s Networking meeting about easy and practical ways to bring Musical learning and Mindfulness into programs, I was inspired to create a training resource around this! I’m really excited to be presenting this online workshop, and I am currently reaching out to services and early years organisations to make this possible for in-service training as well. I am committed to supporting educators to turn theory into practice and I really believe that habit-stacking Musical learning and Mindfulness onto your daily routines will
